What was your first job, and how did it shape your life?

When I graduated from grad school, with a focus on computer art, I got a job at THQ, the fourth largest game developer in the world. My job was to make computer games. I was so lucky because my job was exactly what I learned in school.

What keeps you awake at night?

Designing games is a stressful job. A lot of times I stay up late and fall asleep immediately when my head touch the pillow. I do not have much time to think of life.

What books are currently on your bedside table?

I just finished reading JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. The book I read on the flight recently was Love in the Time of Cholera.

What was the last present you gave someone?

A series of characters from Doraemon toy, as a band.

What was the last present you received?

WeChat Red Pocket Money.
What’s your view on money?
There is a saying, “We can’t live without money, but money can’t create anything, either.”

What is an extraordinary place you have recently traveled to?

I rarely travel these days. My journeys all happen in games, like in Witcher3, where I accidentally entered the secret water palace underground.
