“What will food be like in five years…? What will you be eating in five years? Plate your Dream!” This project is aiming to give a platform for ideas outside the box, creativity is the base, and passion, of course. The result will be a 5 course dinner menu, designed and executed by new talents. Participants will have all of our staff and equipment at their disposal, to make their food dreams become reality and share their creations with real customers in real time!
What was your first job, and how did it shape your life?
As an accounting person during day time an in a restaurant Santori, a Japanese fine dinning in Boston.
What keeps you awake at night?
Nothing. When I go to sleep, I sleep right the way because I believe my brain needs to rest, I have done all [the] duties of the day.

What was the last present you received?
A bottle of Red Chilean wine and chocolate
What is your view on money?
Money is a power tool to do what you want to do. It’s really important.
